Skin after anavar

You may recall I posted about a cycles effect on the skin. You guys agreed that there was no effect. But after my anavar cycle my skin looks slightly different; it is more rough. I think this might have to do with pores although I didn't get any acne. Can someone let me know if this is permanent and explain this occurrence

DHT derivatives can be hard on the skin.

I doubt your issue with pores will be permanent. There are several ways to take care of pores.
