    Opinions on my diet?

    Break fast - Serious Mass Weight Gainer shake (1600 calories, and 70 G protein and 300 G carbs) -- 3 cups of whole milk and then the 2 scoops...

    ^ this takes me 2 hours to finish.. so i dont have this all in 1 serving.. i take half serving . then an hour later, i finish it up etc.



    lunch - 1 cup of cooked white rice and thin cut boneless pork chops(5oz) with a little olive oil with a scoop of whey protein (50 G protein, 900 calories)


    1/4th cup of white rice = 150 calories. thats the type of rice that i buy. in case ur wondering...



    post workout 2 scoops of whey(50 G) and 300 calories worth of dextrose (i use a protein scoop, and scoop up the dextrose from the container and add it to the shake)



    dinner - 3/4th cup of white rice and steak(5oz) and about 20 almonds.(700-800 ish calories)



    800 +1600 + 500+ 900 = 3,800 calories. and i dont count protein or carbs, but im sure its enough...



    Basically, my thinking in this is to make sure i eat over maintenance and get more than 1lb-1gram of protein a day.



    also keep in mind that i take fish oil and optimen multi vitamin ...





    also ill add in brocoli every other day with olive oil...



    and some times ill replace dinner with just 5ozsteak and 300 calories worth of natural peanut butter. idk.

    Also sometimes ill replace the pork chop with a skinless chicken breast or tilipia.... like twice a week..


    i am not eating empty calories anymore, all the calories i eat have nutrients, so i should grow right?


    i am 167 lb's. 5 foot 9. and i turned 20 years old last month...

    been lifting for 1.5 years, but my diet always been bad... my first year of bodybuilding, i did not eat enough. and second half, i was dirty bulking(empty calorie foods..)
    now i am cleaning up my diet. and ready to get mass. i want to be able to fend for myself. i want nobody to f*ck with me.. i want to be a threat. i want to gain lots of mass...

    Dump that weight gainer and try to get those nutrients from food. More than half your calories are from a supplement. Not a good idea. Try to eat 6-8 meals a day to get the nutrients you need. Repost a diet with real food and just keep the post workout shake and we'll go from there.

    Nice job on adding weight so far. You were definitely a skinny mofo! =P

    My suggestion to you is to get a food scale and start measuring what you're eating. You state
