This is indeed a good example of a poor diet. This is not merely due to the fact that you are getting more than half of your daily protein intake from protein supplements as opposed to macro nutritions from whole food sources, but also because your diet lacks EFAs (essential fatty acids) that are a must for one's general well being but also are triggering compounds of androgenic hormones as well as being natural lubricants for joints. You need to introduce EFAs to your diet first and foremost, along with increasing the number of macro meals. I recommend you ditch the bread and replace it with oats.

We have disagreed on many topics, but I completely agree with your take on his diet. He Needs to start taking some omega 3 and cut back on the reliance on protein supplements.

I agree. I just looked at his diet and he needs to get some essential fatty acids in his diet. I would also add some monos like Olive Oil too. I never relied upon protein supplements to get my main protein intake. I used Supplemental protein if I didn't have time to eat or was in a rush to do something. People don't realize that if you are young and have a fast metabolism, you have to eat like a lunatic. When I was 21 and only weighed 140, eating was like a 2nd job. You guys today are lucky to have EFA supps. They were not really on the market back in the 80s and no one really knew how important they were back then either. Even things like Whey protein are rather new. Dan Duchaine was the first guy to get whey protein. Back in 1990 when I was living in Venice and getting ready for the NPC Nationals, Dan lived around the corner from Venice Gold's. He used to get the Whey protein in these huge 50 lbs brown bags. It had no flavoring and tasted like crap. Most people don't know this, but the "designer" of Designer Whey was Dan Duchaine. He was good friends with David Jenkins and it was the first Whey supp on the market.
