Barbell curls
95lbs- 10 reps
105lbs- 8 reps
125lbs- 6 reps
115lbs- 6 reps
Concentration curls
60lb dumbbell- 4 sets 5-8 reps

i did a similar routine yesterday but added a couple tricep sets in...didnt bring the measurin tape with

Wish mine would fvckin grow. People tell me they look decent in a front double bi, but they're small as hell.
