So I'm sitting here over thinking like an r-tard, in regards to my TEST-E inject schedule. 3.5 days... Yup

So lets say I kick off and pin up on Tuesday evening. The next pin time/day would be Sat Morning. Correct? and then again Tuesday evening and so on and so forth.

I'm over thinking this and racking my brain. DEET DA DEE

Yah don't stress. Twice a week is fine. The 3.5 day thing is just a general guideline.

Im doing test E at the moment and i pin tue and fri never had any probs and seeing good gains. keep it simple at 2x a week it doesnt matter what time you pin i.e morning noon or night!

man ive been doing this for awhile and tried all the different ways they tell you to do it on here. like the first post said once a week is good. i have never seen or felt any difference in the two. save ur needles, save ur time and save ur body from the extra pokes. been done once a week for many years and worked great, if it aint broke dont fix it(this was told to me by a pro i used to talk to on here yrs ago)
