help needed to replace my tuna meal!

    hi guys

im so over my 3.30pm meal which is as followed:
    140g tuna 30/0/3/149, 14g almonds 3/3/7/81
    total 33/3/10/230

anyone got any suggestions on a replacement meal that doesn't consist of chicken that has roughly the same macros?
