    starting up...again, test c

    Hi all,

    I just started a cycle of test c along with supplements, dieting and training. I've been lifting for 12 years now and always get close to my goals then I get to taking care of everyone else but myself.

    I started working out again after months of using the excuse of being too busy.

    age-26
    ht-5'9"
    wt-205lbs
    bf%-18+
    training exp.-12+
    goal-build muscle and drop down below 10% body fat

    I will post a current picture so you all can help me judge my BF.

    Suppose I should post my question....I'm pushing as follows

    week 1-200mg
    week 2-400mg
    week 3-400mg
    week 4-400mg
    week 5-400mg
    week 6-200mg

    What do you think?

    If your using Cyp you will need to run the cycle for at least 10-12 weeks, stopping at wk 6 is pointless.

    There is no need to pyramid the dose up and down, start on 400mgs and finish on 400mgs,

    If you have only just started training again you should of waited before starting the cycle,

    Thank you for the advice! I've noticed that it's hard for most to be patient and wait to do a cycle the proper way. But, that's what seperates the greenhorns from the veterans!

    I guess I need to find a way to stock up so I can do it right.

    As was mentioned..... lengthen the cycle and dont pyramid. Once you've prepared yourself.

    Maybe since you've been outa the gym for a while a diet and regular lifting would be good for a while.. btw you have your aas cycle but where pct?

    I would use a low dose AI and dont forget a solid PCT at the end of your course.

    I do need a good PCT, my only plan was to continue using ISA-Test by iSatori which is what I was going to take while on and then pick up on T-911 by LG Schiences. It's test stimulator and support ending a month after the cycle.

    My plan was test-c combined with cell mass, no explode, ISA-test and nitrix along with a high protein diet

    I'm certainly no expert in this area, that's why I'm on here...to learn.

    Where am I at BF%??

    20% No dont do a cycle yet. You are about the same place I was 3+ years ago. Look at my profile and photo album. It's best to get down to around 12% before starting. Yes I know how tempting it is also. Best thing I ever did was find this forum and learned to eat 6x+ a day. I went from 5' 8" 205+ down to 165 in only a few months. Get into the diet section and learn what to eat and when to eat it. If nothing else eat 6x a day.

    Give it about 8mo - 1yr and you will be surprised at how good of shape you will get in and you should be ready to cycle by then. If you do it now you are looking for more trouble and disappointment than anything else and more than likely you will be right back to where you are now or worse.

    This is great advice, It is very tempting but like you said and everyone with experience says, gains will be lost. I need to establish a solid base, diet and work out. You absolutly right, I'm looking for quick gains that just wont last unless I put out the effort first. Thank you!

    Nice to know others are in the same boat!

    Well you certainly shouldn't need a otc test booster on cyp. You need to get clomid and/or nolva for pct. Hcg for on cycle is suggested. And some type of ai for sides. But like stated tighten up that diet first. Good luck
