I appreciate what you're saying and ill agree that my diet isnt always great but I'm not training to look great simply to get stronger. While my diet may not be perfect its not bad and as far as training does i think I am doing pretty good. I have been lifting for about 7 years and I have been training and competing as a powerlifter for the past 3. Right now i have a 500 squat, a 320 bench and a 600 DL. Everyday i train I am going for a PR. For me its all about lifting heavier every week. I cant say that i wont want to push myself harder but I have my training plan that I stick to. I am still glad to hear advice and I'm not trying to bash what you are saying at all I just wanted to at least let u know that im not some guy just trying to look good at the beach. I am a serious lifter with my mind on a big total.
