The actual foods of your diet wouldn't necessarily change on cycle just the total calorie and macro count for the day. A vegan diet sounds very expensive in the long term and I would imagine a lot of protein powder would be required.
How vegetarian are you ? Sorry if this seems like a strange question but some vegetarians just don't eat red meat, some don't eat meat all together (including / excluding fish ) and some avoid certain dairy products.
