Everyone is different but for me, the best way to lose bf and preserve lbm is to keep calories at about maintenance level while doing am cardio. Fasted or non-fasted depends on current bf%. This way you're burning a ton of calories in the am while giving your muscles plenty of fuel throughout the day and especially around the wo window.

Also, imo its not a good idea to run t3 without aas support. It can and will torch your lbm.
