133: I suggest that after looking around and seeing what foods are good to eat then post up a sample of what you will eat and stick to eating. This is key. And then the gurus can review it and make suggestions.

This takes time to get this sorted out. Plus some of the members have cooking marathons on the week-ends hence why a bit slow.....
