I'm looking to buy some protein. Just wondering what brands u recommend?

I'm looking for a caisem for the night.

Instant protein for the day and a quick protein and carbs for after the gym.

Concerning price-quality ratio, I suggest you enter the game with Optimum Nutrition products.

Optimum Nutrition has both Whey and Casein, as well as blended protein powders. As far as flavor, taste and texture are concerned, you will realize that ON's products are very decent for the money.

also, forget to mention kinetica. their a new irish brand to i decided to give them a go to support our own companys :P about €10 cheaper then ON for 5ib whey and just as good. like them alot.
