Can I drop test to 75mg EOD and still be "safe?"

Safe as in what? Dropping to 75mg is still above a TRT dosage so your body will still have a higher than natural amount of test. So yes you could drop the dose, may I ask why you want to drop the dosage lower?

Why not? If it is still above TRT dosage and won't effect anything I don't see why lowering would have any negative effects. It will prolong vials for one and make for quicker/easier injects. And as far as I have researched it won't hurt gains any thanks to the tren. If I'm unaware or under-educated on anything here please aware me.

There is nothing wrong with dropping the test as long as you are injecting at least 250mg+ per week of test, this will prevent your body from being shut down by oral tren.
