    i dont keep mine refrigerated

dont think you need to, soemone on another board talked to a pharmacy and they said that in a study, hcg only lost 1% of its potency after 60 days unrefrigerated, or something around that time frame

My doctor thinks refrigeration is important enough to give it to me in an ice pack to keep it cold until I get it home. That, along with everything I have ever read, stacks up well against the argument provided by some guy at another forum who talked to some guy at a pharmacy, who said some study not referenced that you can't remember the specifics of, says that refrigeration isn't important.

If I was you, I would refrigerate your hCG. I am not trying to be rude...I am genuinely concerned for your safety.

Not a good idea.. it depends on the type of hcg you are talking about. drops.. you are a little safer because of what they mix it with.. i forget the chemical. But once you mix hcg pregnyl powder and dont keep it refrigerated its fu cked in like 24-48 hours. That being said.. after its mixed and kept refridgerated it lasts 30 days.
