    3rd Cycle Plans - Your opinions :)

    Hey guys,

    so i am planning my 3rd cycle and this is what I have come up with at the moment:

    Test e: 500mg - 12 weeks
    Dbol: 40mg - 4 weeks
    GHRP-6: 100mcg ED 12 weeks

    I want to stay lean although this cycle I really want to pack on the muscle. Is there anything I could add or change? I want to smash on the muscle this cycle and I have a very good improved diet.

    What is your proposed PCT?

    Age ?
    Height ?
    Weight ?
    Bodyfat% ?

    Brief description of diet ?

    Cycle is fine, could make some additions but would like to know the above information before I comment.

    i have nolva for pct as i have used for my first 2 cycles.

    25
    6"0
    200lbs
    13-14% bf

    diet is very thorough i have had the help of nutritionists and also other bodybuilders.

    what additions would you make to that cycle? cheers for the reply windex.

    Are you an ectomorph ? I think you could get 5-15 lbs more @ the same bodyfat before cycling but that's just my $0.02. I'd drop the dbol and run Deca @ 400 mg/wk or Anavar @ 50-75 mg/day.

    possibly something like:


    1-12 test e - 500mg per week split into 2 shot of 250mgs per week
    8-14 Var -75mgs ED - run the var up to pct start time

    or

    Week 1-12 Test E 500 mg/wk
    Week 1-10 Deca 400 mg/wk

    Run HCG and an AI throughout the cycle.

    PCT Should be Clomid (Or Torem) & Nolvadex for 6 weeks in my opinion.
