Yeah, too bad you didn't get any responses. You look great. You could be a little more vascular only because that's what they like. Other than that, i think you're g2g.

Thanks guys! my arms are 18in dont know the rest but i think my chest was 55in. Im 3 weeks out now and i had to up my carbs this weekend cause i was so weak and my BF% was too eat every 2hrs and drink over 145oz a day. Ive been doing meal shake meal shake to save money!
Diet
1. Half of banana, 1/3 of a cup of dried oatmeal, 1 scoop of Probiolic sr protein, 1/4 cup of blueberrys, 8oz water with handful of ice!
Then i go to the gym 45mins after i drink this!
2. 4oz chicken boiled in distilled water, 4oz sweet potato, hand full of spinish, i put spray butter on veggies and potato and alittle salsa on chicken!
3. Protein shake 200 cals
4. lean ground turkey plain with alittle hot sauce, 1/2 cup brown rice, 6 asparagus spray butter on it 0 cals
5. shake
6. 4oz chicken salsa, sweet potato 3oz spray butter, hand full of veggies
7. shake
8. 1 rice cake with less then a tsp of natty peanut butter 85 cals total.
Thats my diet but i mix it up and i dont stop eattin till i go to bed.

Looking good. Hopefully you can cut out a couple shakes and use real food soon. Personally I dont think you are 5% bf, I would say closer to 8%+ but it's a good look.

are u takin any fat burners... ECA, CLEN, T3...?
Looking great bro. Look like you are going to do well. However, i too dont think you are 5%. At 5 you would be all veined out. Keep it up though, you look great!
