6'1" & 175lbs after a weight loss & getting ripped from crossfit was 225lbs weight loss in 3months
Bf was 6% 3 months ago gonna get in redone in the morning
Training a few years (5) to stay in shape last 1year lifting hard
Cycle never this is first one started
