How long until your doc went 6 months between blood tests?

Hey gang,

Just started TRT 3 weeks ago. I'm supposed to get blood tested in 3 more weeks (6 weeks of TRT total) before first re-test.

I'm guessing we'll tweak the dosage and test again in 4-6 weeks after that. Just curious how long it takes to get "stable" and have a longer period of time between tests (obviously because I'm thinking of an eventual blast and want to be prepared for when that may be).

at the 6 mo mork, 2nd test he said OK come back in 6 mo. 2nd time at 6 mo he said OK come back in 1 year.

My doc did intial bloodwork, started HRT, bloodwork at 12 weeks, and then next appoingtment was 6 months out.

I have been on for 12 weeks, and I have my blood taken twice. He only scheduled one of those. I scheduled the other one because my estrogen was so high after the first one. So I wanted to check it again.

Thanks. I'll plan on at about 12 weeks from start (9 more weeks to go) before I get to a 6-month interval. Gives me time to read
