Dude, eat LAREGE 6 meals aday, each meal should have 1+ cup of rice or oatmeal, 1 large chicken breast or steak, and 1 cup of green veggie like broccoli with some olive oil on top. Give it 2 months of hard training and I guarantee 10lbs or more.
