I'm 6'8" and want to put on some weight. Right now i'm eating between 4000 and 4500 calories a day, but i'm wondering if I should add a weight gainer. Is Iso Mass Extreme worth buying?

what your current weight and BF%?
I'm 225 lbs and around 18% bf.
Weight Gainers have a lot off crap hide inside, you will get some fat from it. If you eating enough calls, protein and carbs from food that's the best way to do it, you don't need it.
thanks jumper
Why do you wanna gain weight at 18% bf?
Hello everyone,..... Weight gainers are essentially meal replacements with higher calorie amounts. Like meal replacements, it is relatively easy in today's market to find those that have good quality protein, carbs and acceptable fat content. Today's most popular weight gainers are powders that when mixed with about 16 oz. of water give you about 600-900 calories per serving.
put a cup of fine cut oats into your protein shake, instant weight gainer without the crap
^^^ agree. In the past i used to put oats in a food processor and grind them into a powder and mix with protein powder....lets "pulpy"
you could also use a carb powder in you protein shake like carb slam by prima force. good source of carbs, mixes well and contains no sugar.
