i will make 4 meals meat or fish or chicken + rise + salad
+ one eggs and outs + 2 whey protien + frutes + cheese and milk before bed
first meal : outs and eggs
2 nd : lean meat + rise
3rd : whey protein + fruits ( before training )
4th : whey protein + juice
5th : canned tuna + bread
6 th : chicken breasts + rise
7 th : chicken breasts + potatoes
8 th : cheese + milk
ok eq is sucks so what should i use beside testolic ? deca ?
i wanna choose somthing strong
cause am not planing to cycle again
