    ebay sellers get in here!

I have 600 tubes of muscle cream (like deep heat) all in original packaging,

I got them off a friend who worked in the factory that made them
They put the wrong manufacture date on the tubes and they couldn't
export them so they handed them out to the workers

I was wondering it it would be legal to resell them on eBay for 1-2 euros and add under the description that the exp dates were put on incorrect by the manufacturer and to use at your own discretion

I've sold stuff on eBay for years, yes- it's fine to add that in the description.

Nothing, but it will then result in a complaint, refund/charge back, negative feedback, etc. and it's not worth it to the seller but some people just don't care and will buy anything for a bargain.

As the saying goes, Caveat Emptor- Buyer Beware.
