Right off the bat...it would help if we had a little more info. How old? Training experience, hieght, weight, goals etc...

But from what I can see you need more deca and more sust. You have enough deca for 2 weeks and enough sust for 4 weeks. You should be running deca @ 400mg/week x 8-10 weeks and sust @ 500mg/week x 8-10 weeks.
