My apoligies but I guess that's where I was confused, in the slingshot thread he says to either bridge or run pct during deload. I wasn't sure if u had to stop pinning prior to the deload if you ran pct instead of just lowering the amount of test during the deload phase

Look on page 74 i believe of Ronnie Rowlands thread and you will find my post on that page of my proposed cycle and how he told me to do it. You can do a pct during the 2 week deload but he doesnt advise it that much. You will see more examples of just dropping the dosage during the 2 week deload.

For Example: If your using 750mgs a week sust during weeks 1-8 drop to just 250mgs during your deload phase and then ramp it back up to 750mgs or 1 gram during your second reload. Get it??
