Gyno keeps coming back every 3 months please HELP

Because the Nolva I stayed on for 12 weeks and the Gyno comes back almost 12 weeks after so I'm just woried if let's say I do Nolva again but this time stay on it 24weeks and then my body will Boyce back No?

And isn't it bad to run Nolva that long might have some worst sides on longterm use?

Most treatments last for approx 6mths, I've seen a little less and much more, but it works extremely well as all subjects typically report complete reversal or satisfactory resolution.
