    diet for 15 days

    Okay so I'm trying to get as lean as possible for August 15th there's just a beach party and I wanted so see how I can get. I'll upload pics later. Anyways i'm 20 yrs old, 175lbs and 6"0 bf% maybe 10?..my legs are lagging but i'm working on it..I've also never really dieted before.

    I don't know what exactly to do and I know it's a short period of time but I thought it would be fun lol. So I'm doing my regular workouts earlier now, starting tomorrow 45 mins cardio every morning, I'm going to eat maybe 6 meals I think. What should I have? I think post workout will be the other 5 meals and I planned on just having green beans/brocoli with tuna/fish.

    I have a multivitamin and 2 fish oil tablets a day. Meal one should be the only with carbs then yes? Thanks in advance for the help, I just want to see what I can do.

    Need more info on your current diet and honestly dont know how much can really be done in two weeks, possibly some water weight. Good luck

    Yeah I know it's a short amount of time. Today's day 2 i'm just going to do 45 mins cardio empty stomach, then 45 at night. Keep carbs under 100, 1 or 2 pieces of whole grain toast, workout and then eat veggies n fish for the rest of the day.

    You should seriously consider checking into Lyle McDonald's book, The Rapid Fatloss Handbook. It's specifically designed for this type of situation.

    Okay I don't have time to read the book though lol. Well i'm thinking I need like 6 lbs off in 13 days to be where I want. It's just an experiment for fun (not so much so far). So far i'm still doing workouts, I jsut don't know if I should have fat, and is too much protein bad, where does it get stored?
    I'll learn more later and read up I just needed to know for now. Today for example will be this
    45mins cardio on bike
    meal1: brocoli (1 cup approx.) water, 1 whole grain toast (spray butter w/no cals) and I think chicken (no skin)
    meal 2: pre workout, 1 whole grain toast, chicken breast, water and brocoli.
    workout
    post workout: whey w/water, brocoli
    meal 4 and on will be mixed veggies/brocoli with a prok chop/tuna, then 45 misn of cardio and bed time.

    Anything that needs to be changed?

    Funny, I read it in about 3 hours - it's a tiny book.
