Okay so I'm trying to get as lean as possible for August 15th there's just a beach party and I wanted so see how I can get. I'll upload pics later. Anyways i'm 20 yrs old, 175lbs and 6"0 bf% maybe 10?..my legs are lagging but i'm working on it..I've also never really dieted before.
I don't know what exactly to do and I know it's a short period of time but I thought it would be fun lol. So I'm doing my regular workouts earlier now, starting tomorrow 45 mins cardio every morning, I'm going to eat maybe 6 meals I think. What should I have? I think post workout will be the other 5 meals and I planned on just having green beans/brocoli with tuna/fish.
I have a multivitamin and 2 fish oil tablets a day. Meal one should be the only with carbs then yes? Thanks in advance for the help, I just want to see what I can do.
