1-ad, 4-ad Or Mag-10???

how many mgs of 1ad and 4ad is in mag10

I used 1-ad and 4-ad and got good results from it

The link I showed, is that the correct 1-AD and 4-AD.. I am leaning more towards the seperate stuff right now then the MAG10...

If someone can let me know if the 1-AD and 4-AD is correct I think I will be buying them today, esp. with free shipping!
