week 1 - 10 Test Prop
300 - 350mg a week.
PCT - Clomid and nolva, maybe running nolva on it's might be enough.
Not running an AI this cycle, waste of money + i don't think i'm prone to gyno..i'll see what happens
My diet is a cut off the example diet on here on the nutrition section with a few alterations.
eating around 3500 calories, roughly 220 protein, 480 carb, and 80 fats.
Also forgot my stats.
age - 26
height - 6'1
weight - 81 kg
bodyfat - 7 - 8%
been working out consistently for the past year and working on my diet, finally ready to start the dark side, please don't convince me that i need to reach my body potential of 100kg and 8% bodyfat..won't work, i've already bought the gear. thanks guys.
My workout schedule (might need to change?)
M - chest/biceps
T - rest
W - Back/triceps
T - rest
F - shoulders/calves
S - rest
Sun - All of legs/calves
i've included compound lifts ofcourse.
but i think my workout needs to be changed so that i'm going 5 days a week and taking the weekend off.
ALL criticism is accepted EXCEPT on my bodyweight :P you won't convince me otherwise!
Also, for the people that got acne on their cycles, how'd you deal with it? i think i may be prone to chest acne and abit of bacne.
