But i know people who do reuse them each twice and they are fine. I injected a guy 4 different times with the same needle and he was fine... but that doesnt prove anything really jsut cuz he got lucky

As the needle gets duller you risk coring the stopper. The you will need to use a filter needle to draw it out.

NO!!! It's not something you should do. You risk infection. Pins are so cheap and readily available there is no excuse to have to reuse one.

I try and put the needle through the used condom. Depending on how it easy it goes through i use or discard.

You do realize that your skin is COVERED with bacteria, right? No, of course you didn't.
Nothing you can do will truly sterilize your skin. Even alcohol wipes only disinfect the area (which is hardly the same as sterilizing)
However, the potentially harmful microorganisms in your body and on your skin are kept in check by others (helpful bacteria, if you will).
If you shove a needle through your skin, it is now contaminated to some degree.
When you shove that same needle back into your vial, you have introduced both innocuous and potentially harmful contaminants into your gear.
Now, what happens if the benzyl alcohol in your gear only kills off the good stuff, but the nasty shit keeps replicating? Short answer: you're ****ed.

Now learn some goddamn humility and apologize to all the good people here for trying to save you from your own ignorance.

regardless of the sterility issues of the needle in question, the OP is using the same needle that he just used to draw juice again.
