im currently taking 40mg/ed dbol, at first i couldnt sleep at all, but i have real bad chronic insomnia anyway so im used to it. as of now it doesnt really affect my sleep anymore, so either i got used to it or it was just mental. def dont take it on an empty stomach, and i generally take my last dose at least an hour before bed. i work 3rd shift so it makes it even more difficult to stay on a consistant schedule. as far as gains ive put on about 15lbs so far and i only just finished my 3rd week. some bloat but not bad.
