Would someone plz tell me why someone needs 500mg for a 1st cycle? You cant you dont need that much.

agreed, imo 250 is enough for first time. the aromasin is good to have handy, i wouldnt take it from the begining because you may not need it, so just do the test and see how it goes. if you start to feel like you need it then go from there. i made lots of mistakes my first time around so thats why im tryin to help you out.

There is no reason. It's one of the things that has been said over and over and now someone how has become steroid law.
