Someone who is very disruptive constantly pushing peoples buttons, finding their weakness and going for the jugular, kind of like an ex who left on bad terms.

For future uncertainties turn to urban dictionary http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=troll
People I know use it in terms of people out for a hook up....
Out "trolling" in a bar....
Lately a "troll" is a term used by someone on someone else because they have different points of view and the accuser hopes branding the term will see the person banned.
A troll is an immature little shit that posts stuff to deliberately illicit a negative reaction out of someone or someones!
Ah.....good ol standby! lol
troll: One who posts a deliberately provocative message to a newsgroup or message board with the intention of causing maximum disruption and argument...<--auslifta's link

wiki: Trolling can be phonetically confused with trawling, a different method of fishing where a net (trawl) is drawn through the water instead of lines. Trolling is used both for recreational and commercial fishing whereas trawling is used mainly for commercial fishing.
