You need Estradiol (an Estrogen) to maintain an reaction.
Nolvadex binds to the Estradiol receptors, making your body unable to make use of the free flowing Estradiol in your blood.
Give it a couple of weeks after you stop Nolvadex.
    Go easy on the supps.
One at a time, then you know what´s working.
2 weeks after you stop Nolvadex, try Tribulus only for a week, and see how it feels.
If it works, do 5 on 2 off.

yes, Estradiol is essential for erection. So is Progesterone, and Androgens as Test, DHT etc.
So to figure out why you have problems during cycle, or PCT is sometimes like finding a needle in a haystack, and a waste of time.
Just be prepared to have some problems at some point during cycle to post PCT, and let it be.
No need for BW, as you know you are gonna be all over the charts anyway.
WHat´s important is your BW 2 months post PCT. Especially to see that your LH and Test levels are normal. If they are, your other hormones will also balance in the process called homeostasis.
SOme guys stress over their erection and turn it into a psychological issue, and some turn to Viagra playing with the brains conditional response (Pavlov´s Dog), and cause problems later in life. The subconscious is powerful!
Just let it pass like you´re having a cold.
