I have seen that it is recommended that I use Whey Protein Isolate after my workouts. I have been using Pro-Rated Whey. Is this ok? Should I switch to the Isolate? Will it be worth the expense? Thanks all. Mark

Rather it is worth the expense is up to the consumer. I choose to use only Muscle Provider Post workout which cost me $70 per month. It is worth it to me,but maybe not to others.
isolate is always better post workout, cause of the fast absorbtion you always want to get protien in to your body as fast as possible, a normal post workout protien shake will do the trick as well
I have read that hydrolyzed is the best post workout choice because of the quick absorption of peptides. Any thoughts?
