i'd do 50mg ED, some may use EOD, but winny has a short half life. use ED.

some ppl will also choose to use more, it's up to you, but i do 50.

Agreed. do 50mg ED for no longer than 6 weeks. And of course, If you can't take ED injections, drink the stuff. It actually tastes good!!!

LOL... if you say so. Grapefruit juice kills the taste, but then you have to deal with the grapefruit juice aftertaste. Yuck!

If you are going to drink it then you DO want to use grapefruit juice.... This will help with the absorption process.

true... it will also make the sides harder too, I did it with D's and dammmm I had to stop take'in it with grapefruit juice

You need to be pro-active and take in 2 gallons of water and make sure you take supplements for joint support. I ran injections ED and my sides were light but it could be different when drinking it.... I don't know I like to inj.
