You should really include some lifting in your routine if you are going this route. Strengthening will help all of your other activities too even if you don't run AAS. Even when I was running marathons and running 50-60 miles a week I would hit the weights 3 times a week- it made me faster and helps prevent injuries from weakened areas that need other muscle groups to over compensate. Anavar is mild and probably wont shut you down completely if you run it alone. I still don't think ts a great idea. I also don't think var is the magic pill that most new people to AAS think. The write up in the educational thread makes it sound like the fountain of youth.
As said above, I think diet is your best bet when it comes to leaning out.
