Thread: hey yall

    hey yall

    hey yall hows everyone doing? ive been training for about a solid year now i lost inches but didnt see any real gains. i was a fatty in high school standing 5'5'' at 195lbs. at almost 30% bmi. ive since grown im now 5'9" at 165 with around 15-18% bmi but i want to bulk up then cut back down. any and all info i can get off this forum will be extremely helpful since im new and havent dont my first cycle. thanks guys

    From what all I have seen around here most guys either choose one or the other:
    either bulk up or
    either cut back

    do one at a time...
    and in your case? might be better to cut first then bulk...so come on over to the Diet Question forum since it is advised to get your BF down low before a cycle anyway...

    ps: hold off on your cycle anyway for another few years....for now research since you are 21
