hey yall hows everyone doing? ive been training for about a solid year now i lost inches but didnt see any real gains. i was a fatty in high school standing 5'5'' at 195lbs. at almost 30% bmi. ive since grown im now 5'9" at 165 with around 15-18% bmi but i want to bulk up then cut back down. any and all info i can get off this forum will be extremely helpful since im new and havent dont my first cycle. thanks guys
