There very well could be some synthol in there but it looks more like a traumatic time injury to me.

Agreed with FireGuy I was just getting ready to post that as my opinion but as usual I am too late.
Maybe he has added some synthol to try to ease the transition around the tear but who the hell really knows, all I know is he is a bad man who has achieved far more than I ever will.
