i get the same thing. it really ****s up bench the next day too arm starts getting umb and tingly and weak. although somehow i managed to PR a 225 rep out with it. now its a little worse though lol. I'm taking a deload week, icing it, heating it etc. to try and help it. also doing some rehab exercises. i feel it more in my tricep/shoulder, but its clearly something with the nerve cause its tingly/numb pain. i think mine is due to really tight shoulders/neck causing impingment from the stretch put on those areas from low bar squats. so i stretch it a lot as well to try and loosen it up. it usually goes away after a rest period havnt had it in a long time.
