Ive already worked out everything, got everything in place including my pct.
just one quick question.

i had my first injection of test e yesterday 1ml (250mg)
JUST wondering if i should stick to 250mg for the 10weeks or go to 500mg for the 10 weeks.

just after peoples experiences with both dossages. thanks in advanced

250 mgs of enth a week isnt enough I would start with more. Whenever I try a new compound I start with a standard dosage and slowly increase to maximize result. I stop increasing when I experience unwanted sides.

u should see decent gains wid 250, but 500 would be better, but diet is more important. if your shutting down your test production to only increase it by 3 or 4 times the normal body production you might wana boost it up to 500? you should of asked this before you started , if you up it to 500 u might want to run an AI or at least have one on hand just incase gyno comes, but what stats are you if your at a high bf% i would def have an AI on hand

Yeah i got clomid, nolva, and armidex on hand.

i only had my first shot 3 days ago monday, so i think ill just bump it to 500 n take another shot tomaz morning.

so 2x 1ml shots a week.
