Diet is vital, of course. I am not saying diet is unimportant. It is vital. But I know I had the mentality that my diet was great when I started. I started at 25, and I am 27 now. I have about 30 years left in this game. There are innovations in training and diet daily.
If somebody runs a few cycles with shitty diet, I guarantee they will realize it is their diet. Just like me. And they learn from experience. That is how I understood the importance of diet; by wasting a couple cycles.
What is unrealistic is trying to read your text message post.
