    stay on test ....... Hit 1 ml every other week when off gear .......

    ok good start but we need time to recover ,this method would be called blasting/crusing right??

    No. Sorry bro, but I need to cruise on at least 300mg/week to maintain. I am speaking from 2 years of experience.

    But it all depends on how much mass you are trying to maintain IMO
