Just squirt it in your mouth. Clen doesn't taste bad.

Benadryl does not work. Ketotifen is the only thing that has been proven to down-regulate the receptors.

Start keto at the end of week 2 of the clen cycle. Take 1mg/day and take at night because it will make you drowsy.

if i cant get keto for now is it ok to just go clen 2 wks on 2 wks off? and also any opinions about using preworkout b4 along with the clen

2 weeks on/2 weeks off is fine. Clen has a 36 hour half life so take in the morning. No need to split dosages.

You can get ketotifen from ar-r.

yea I like to take clen all at once, the keto will also help with the sleep.
