Yeah he is local to me. Police dont like vigilantes apparently or someone who is doing what they should be doing. That's what you get for trying to intervene and being a good Samaritan now days. Just like for years if someone came across a car crash there were afraid of pulling someone from a burning car because they could be sued for injuring the person in the attempt to safe them.
Yes he is out looking for problems but unfortunately he probably does not have to look far to find it. He does call 911 as soon as he see a problem to get the proper help and I dont think is trying to be above the law, only showing it's possible to not just ignore what is going on around you but a usual the police prove if you get involved then you become the criminal. So when you see a kid napping, assault, rape, robbery you should just turn and walk the other way or be prepared to be arrested and possibly sued by the real perpetrators? Just like the many cases of criminals who break into a house and get injured inside suing the home owner for medical. Nice system we have in place.![]()
