ya 1st time dieting and fasted am cardio .i started my cut @ 250 lbs around 10-12 % bf.im not really tyrying to get dwn to a certain weight as much im goin by the way i look cause its not like im trying to make a weight class.i take in about 150 grm carbs per training day and like 100 none training days and than i have a refeed once a wk (after leg day )where i got to mainatance levels or just above (clean carbs of course) .on training days i take in aabout 70 carbs 1st thing (plain oatmeal and allbran) and than about anther 20 more carbs (oatmeal or slice of bread) 2 hrs ltr b4 i train .and than i take in another 80 grams postwrkout in the form of waxymaize and after that just vegggies for dinner.im taking t4 as well which i find im not neeeding to get really low on carbs as well which is a bonus.ive never really been one to count cals and breakdwns of carbs prot fat etc even though it is impt.i just always try to take in lots prot ,enough healthy fats and i try time my carbs mainkly b4 i train and right after and cheat once a wk since im a big beleievr in that as well.any advice would be appreicted bro ty
