Contrast as in color or symmetry? They are 20" and so are my arms...part of the reason for a little oil enhancement (which Swifto pointed out) which helps with about 1". If you are talking about color- well that's taken outside and others in. but I think you are referring to the size.

lol, meant size. would be a bit much for me but if thats what you're into.
you're in good nick for your age. im currently downsizing, sick of the constant eating and wrecking myself. a nice lean 90kgs will do me.

out of interest, how often do you have use synthol to maintain them?
