Were you able to get them growing by using it, or does it just give you an inch or so? Have you ever give it enough time to fully dissipate to see you actual "natural size"? I appreciate your honesty. Your actualy the size I would like to be, I hover around 205 off and 212-215 while on. I would like to be 225 off. Were you able to gain much size as you got older? Did you have to increase dosages?

My avi is current..... all 175 pounds of it. I don't know shit, so I don't give advice. I just go to the gym and pick shit up and put shit down.
Every avi pick I have ever used, (and there have been several) have all been mine and unaltered. I dont think being out of shape automatically makes you lose credibility but I know being in shape automatically gains you some.
Only area I mess with oils is in my calfs. It was to gain symmetry in my arm to calf ratio. Long term the oil stretches fascia and allows further room for hypertrophy as that compartment is rather tight. On another note- as far as age. I feel as if I am making solid gains better now than at younger years. I have a lightening metabolism and am blessed to eat as I please. Actually I must eat 5000Kcal/day or I will drop 5 lbs. My calfs naturally were about 18.5" and I just always wanted them on same level as arms. It is the only area I have messed with oil and did a lot of reading and practicing before I messed with.
