i'm eating 3 solid meals a day sometimes 4 if i get chipotle, sleep hasn't been great since i've started college but i'll normally get ~8 hours a night.
I weigh 180 now i was 156 this time last year
6-10 small meals, i'd rather eat 4 big meals though
1 of the reasons behind eating so often rather then ALL @ once is because ur body needs certain nutrients every 3 - 4 hrs throughout the day. Opinions differ on fat loss effects between these diets though.
