To be honest, if you really plan to do this and be meticulous about it, it really does require a bit of time and preparation. However I will say that as you become more accustomed to it, it becomes kind of like second nature.

Most of us cook in bulk one or 2 days a week (I cook on Sundays) then store everything portioned out in tupperware. At that point it's grab and go.

Egg whites can be purchased in the carton so no cracking/separating yolks is necessary. Also, you can (although I don't personally like it) consume them raw... in a shake, or whatever. Oats + protein powder is a quick meal.

When there's a will there's a way. There are alot of options but you will have to get creative if you are really looking to save time.
