they can seize vehicles here in my state under something called article 36. You don't even have to be a drug dealer you just have to driving on a suspended license and bam! that car is up for seizure! It also blows because lets say you lend your vehicle to a friend or whomever and they have a suspended license, guess what? Doesn't matter that car still is up for seizure!!! I went to a county Sheriff's Hq for work and they have about 250 cars back there that were seized. You name it they had it! From minivans to sports cars.
